The Informal Carers of Elderly (ICE) working group will organize a meeting on the quality of life of carers accompanying people with chronic diseasesMonday, March 12, 2018 from 17h, multipurpose room of the Geriatric Center of Champmaillot, University Hospital of Dijon - 2 rue Jules Violle - 21079 Dijon

This 2nd ICE meeting will be an opportunity to take stock of the evolution of the place and recognition of carers in France from a political and legal point of view in France.

Two studies will be presented:

- the Belgian CAREGIVER study, presented by Prof. Florence Potier (Catholic University of Louvain), which examines the impact of carers' feelings on biological and clinical markers,

- The ICE cohort, supported by the University Hospital of Besançon and the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Gerontology and Innovation Center, which aims to better understand the needs and expectations of caregivers through the evolution of their quality of life.

The final program will be presented later.
