MRQoL is a package that consists of three functions which allows us to calculate the Minimal Clinically Important Difference (MCID) and the Response Shift Effect (RS) and their statistics. The MCID is calculated using the Anchor-base method, and the RS is calculated using the Then-test method for the five categories determined in the anchor's question for each dimension of Health-Related Quality of Life questionnaires in oncology.

Ahmad OUSMEN is a PhD student in Biostatistics. He graduated with a master's degree in statistical modelling from the University of Franche Comté. He was hired in November 2015 at the Methodology and quality of life unit in Oncology (UMQVC) as clinical research engineer after his internship supervised by Dr Amélie Anota et Pr Franck Bonnetain.
A propos de Amélie ANOTA
Amélie Anota is a research engineer in biostatistics. She passed a master’s degree in mathematics for computer graphics and statistics at the University of Burgundy. She defended in 2014 a PhD in Biostatistics at the University of Franche-Comté. Her PhD research focused on the methodology of longitudinal analysis of health-related quality of life data in oncology. She is statistician for the French National Platform Quality of Life and Cancer since 2011. She realizes longitudinal statistical analysis of health-related quality of life data from oncology clinical trials and also realizes validation of the psychometrics properties of some health-related quality of life questionnaires.
A propos de Franck BONNETAIN
Franck Bonnetain is a full Professor in epidemiology and biostatistics who received a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology from School of Public Health (Nancy, France). He obtained a PhD in public health with epidemiology and statistics specialties in 2005 as well asthe “Habilitation à diriger des recherches” (Professoral capability) in 2010.
