Emilie CHARTON is a research engineer and PhD student in biostatistics. She passed a master’s degree in statistical modeling at the University of Franche-Comté. During the first year master’s degree’s internship at the Methodology and Quality of Life Unit in Oncology (UMQVC), she realized longitudinal analysis of health-related quality of life data in oncology. Then, she worked for her second year internship on patient-centred outcomes in breast surgery at the University of Bristol (Breast Surgery Patient Reported and Clinical Outcomes Research Group, Bristol, UK). In October 2016, she joined the UMQVC at the University Hospital of Besançon. Her PhD research is focused on the occurrence of missing data in longitudinal analysis of health-related quality of life in oncology.
